Do you accept credit cards? At this time, we do not accept credit cards as payment for home inspections.
How soon can you go out and inspect the houses?Depending on the demand, I can typically get to a home for inspection within a day or two.
How long will it take after the inspection for me to get the report?I guarantee a 24 hour turnaround time for all home inspection reports. Most of the time, I am able to return reports the same day as the inspection.
Do your reports contain images?Yes, all home reports contain images.
Are you licensed and insured?Yes, I am both licensed and insured to perform home inspections.
Where does most of your business come from? The majority of my business is around the Western Pennsylvania area. I reside in Coraopolis, PA but work within a 40-mile service area.
What tools/equipment do you use for inspections? While performing inspections I have access to the following tools: Ladder, receptacle tester, moisture reader.
How long will the inspection take?The home inspection will typically take 2-3 hours depending on the size of the house.
Are you ok with me meeting you there during the inspection? Yes! I encourage my clients to be with me during my inspection to explain what I see.
Do you email the report? Yes, I do email the reports after inspection.
Do you work on weekends? No, typically inspections are completed Monday-Friday.
Is there anything I should do on my end prior to the inspection taking place to ensure it can be completed properly? No. I will make contact with the selling agent as well as the buyer's agent to work out details.
